Rates of hire (from 2022)

We operate two rates of hire: For our regular bookers and those living in the local community of Emery Down and Bank, or the surrounding areas of Swan Green, Allum Green, Gritnam and Mill Lane, we offer a local rate.  This area is depicted on the map below. Anyone living outside this local area should expect to pay the non-local rate.

Hourly Rate:                  Local £10 per hour              Non-local £15 per hour

Minimum booking Fri-Sun is three hours (there is no minimum booking time Mon-Thu)

Daily rate:                      Local £125 per day              Non-local £185 per day
